Idaho State University, 1991 – 2000 -- University Instructor, Computer Information Systems Programs; coordinator for the Introduction to Information Systems class – a service course offered for all students at ISU.  The average annual enrollment for this class exceeds 1,000 students.

Simplot Decision Support Center Manager, 1990 to present. As the manager and lead facilitator for collaborative efforts, I addressed a multitude of problem-solving efforts primarily using the nominal group technique.  Business, federal government and education were participants in many separate sessions.  Through these efforts, the Center has been self-funding from its inception.

Chair of Curriculum Council for Idaho State University 2002 – 2004 – implemented new procedures and modified by-laws as a council to Faculty Senate for review, approval and enhancement of the quality of educational programs at ISU.  Reviewed and recommended new programs to the Vice President of Academic Affairs prior to submission to the State Board of Education.
