Computer Support Technician: Responsible for upgrades, maintenance, and  troubleshooting hardware and software. Supported 50 workers in 8 departments.

Database Administrator / Webmaster: Developed and maintained personal information, experiences, and digital image archive database and web site. Assistant project manager.
 

Skills and Abilities

Previously acted as a teaching assistant and tutor for Microsoft Office Suite

software. Working knowledge of: Adobe PhotoShop, Microsoft FrontPage, Windows (all versions), Symantec System Console, TCP/IP Networks. Familiar with: Adobe Acrobat, Java and Visual Basic Programming, Novell ConsoleOne.
 

Volunteer Service

Organized blood drives for the American Red Cross at Ricks College. Served as a volunteer for two years in the Nashville, Tennessee area, supervised and trained 15 other volunteers.
